Responsibilities:
- Assist in contract manager to execute & oversee in cost & contract related matter for tender.
- Handling pre and post contractual matters.
- Proficient in taking off quantities.
- Assist in tender pricing & documents related.
- Site valuation and project claim preparation related.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate to 3 year(s) of working of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with experience in Main Contractor and high rise building construction.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD and Gloden software(TAS,TRB).
