Location:

Kuala Lumpur (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• As part of the construction team member to lead on the construction activities on site.
• To coordinate with site surveying team on the survey control matter.
• Able to understand relevant drawings, working procedures and requirements.
• Able to plan, managing and deliver the material with the team in compliance with the project’s requirement on all aspects of design, including criteria, detailed design, term of construction and contract procedures.
• Involved in preparation of processing checklist (the checklist is for quality control plan).
• Assist Project Manager on technical demonstration.
• To alert and assist Project Manager on the contractual matter and compile the relevant technical and site documents accordingly.
• Participate and leading in quality issue investigation and non-conformance/corrective action report matter.
• Assist/Prepare progress reports by collecting and summarizing information.
• Maintain control of all relevant documentation.
• Prepare and submit report to Project Manager/Team Lead as required.
• To attend and prepare any relevant meeting as required.
• To interaction with client, consultant, subcontractor, suppliers, authorities and government agencies as required.
• Assist Pre and Post contract administration.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the company QMS and PQP.
• To carry out any other works that may be delegated or assigned to you form time to time by the Management of the company.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant fields with site supervision/design experience.
• Registered with BEM.
• Certified Construction Site Supervisor (CSS) under CIDB.
• Familiar with relevant standard requirements.
• Proficient in technical proposal / method statement writing.
