Responsibilities:

  • Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the company QMS and PQP.
  • Perform a wide range of document control duties to support and facilitate the operation of the company and project site.
  • To handle and maintain proper filing system for relevant documentations.
  • Circulating relevant document to project team member.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Reply and follow up relevant email correspondence.
  • Maintain good quality in work accuracy, integrity and punctuality at work.
  • Required photocopying, faxing, filing and distributing of relevant documents.
  • Cover duties and functions of relevant positions periodically such as dispatch and manning the reception when required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting appointments for project manager.
  • Undertake assignments and special tasks ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
  • Carry out any other works that may be delegated or assigned to you from time to time by the Management of the Company.

Qualification:

  • 1 year minimum experiences in construction or relevant fields.
  • Independent, team player and to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Good knowledge of construction SOP and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good organizational, communication and relationship building skills, resourceful, result-oriented, customer-centric with the ability to multi-tasking.
