SLG Construction Sdn Bhd is a CIDB G7 building construction contractor which offers building construction services primarily as a main contractor, specializing in residential (landed and high rise) and non-residential (commercial, industrial and mixed use) buildings. Besides, SLG Construction may also undertake external and ancillary works, depending on its role and the scope of work set out in the respective LOAs with its customers.

SLG Construction participates in construction projects via tenders invited by the prospective customers including building owners, property developers and project consultants. As the main contractor, SLG Construction is responsible for the overall project planning and management to ensure timely completion and delivery of construction projects to its customers, while meeting the quality, safety and environmental standards.

SLG Construction offered two categories of construction services, namely the building construction service, and design and build service. Under the general building construction service, SLG Construction’s involvement begins after the design has been completed by customer’s appointed third-party consultants. In this service, the scope typically covers project planning and management, construction execution, and completion and handover of the project. Under the design and build service, SLG Construction assume single-point responsibility, where the responsibility includes design works and construction phases of a project. The scope covers the entire project lifecycle, from the design stage to the post-construction stage.
